Abstract
Decoders for channels with an alphabet A and an output alphabet [ommited formula] are given. It is shown that, when A = (0,1) and A' is the closed intervsil [0,1], the proposed algorithm requires decoding of fewer binary vectors than earlier methods. © 1974, IEEE. All rights reserved.
