Abstract
The dissolution rates of compressed spheres consisting of two and three components were measured. A general model for dissolution rates ofn‐component, nondisintegrating spheres is discussed. Experimental cases are presented to support the model for two‐ and three‐component spheres, two‐component interacting spheres, and three‐component spheres containing two components that complex.
