Abstract
Recurrent basal cell carcinoma (BCC) overlying bony structures which has been treated with radiation may be complicated by tumor invasion of bone and osteoradionecrosis. The authors present a case of recurrent BCC in which Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstructive surgery were augmented with pre‐ and post‐operative hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
