“I am responsible”: Perceptions of employees on health and safety program implementation in small and medium sized businesses in Indonesia

Cynthia Maharani as the Principal Investigator of this research was supported by the Fulbright Doctoral Degree Scholarship, American Association of University Women, and the International Peace Scholarship to accomplish the doctoral training. Cynthia Maharani is the one who contributed most to the work by developing the ideas, concepts, collecting and analyzing the data, and including writing the manuscript.
