Heather Herdman, PhD, RN, FNI, the CEO/executive director of NANDA-I, and Sue Moorhead, PhD, RN, FNI, the director of the Center for Nursing Classification and Clinical Effectiveness and associate professor at the University of Iowa, College of Nursing.
