Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Hemangioma of bone accounts for less than 1% of all bony tumors. Almost all bones of the body can be affected, but mainly the axial skeleton. However, the intracortical location of this tumor is extremely rare and has only been reported in 11 patients in the English literature. We present an extensive intracortical hemangioma affecting around 15 cm of the tibial shaft.
