Abstract
The drivers and impacts of energetic electron precipitation are still an outstanding question in both space physics and atmospheric science. Further investigation is needed to quantify both the causes and effects of this process. We recommend support for research and modeling efforts. Additionally, we advocate for the upcoming GDC mission along with the continuation of the MLS and SABER missions.
