Abstract
Voyager-2 plasma wave and plasma probe measurements from Feb. 1981 suggest that phenomena associated with a well-defined tail of Jupiter were detected at a distance of similar to 6200 R sub(J) . This indicates that Saturn's magnetosphere will be affected by the Jupiter tail and that, by comparing voyager-1 and -2 observations, information on the physics of Saturn's magnetosphere can be obtained.
