Our special thanks go out to the participants from all the countries that made this study possible. Data used in this work was generously provided by the research participants in HDClarity and Enroll-HD. HDClarity is a cerebrospinal fluid collection initiative, led by Dr Edward Wild, sponsored by University College London, and funded by CHDI Foundation. Enroll-HD is a global clinical research platform sponsored by CHDI Foundation; a nonprofit biomedical research organization exclusively dedicated to collaboratively developing therapeutics for HD. Core datasets are collected annually on all research participants as part of this multi-center longitudinal observational study. Data are monitored for quality and accuracy using a risk-based monitoring approach. All sites are required to obtain and maintain local ethical approval. Enroll-HD would not be possible without the vital contribution of the research participants and their families. This publication required the help of several individuals. We would particularly like to acknowledge Dipinder Kaur, Anka Ehrhardt, Ryan Winters, and Mette Gilling for their help in obtaining the CSF and plasma samples. The authors thank Anita Chadha-Patel (ACP Clinical Communications Ltd) for medical writing assistance (funded by CHDI).
