Abstract
Restoring the anatomic position and securing a torn superior labrum or Bankart lesion to its bony bed on the superior or anterior glenoid is the objective of surgical repair. The following technique describes a method that we have found to be effective, reproducible, and more time-efficient in affecting this goal. This technique allows the sutures to be passed through the soft tissue in a single step and, in addition, makes suture management easier before knot tying.
