Abstract

We report the case of a 23-year-old Japanese woman with a linear lesion following Blaschko's lines down the anterior and lateral aspects of her right leg. Biopsy showed a mosaic of hamartomatous changes characteristic of verrucous epidermal nevus, nevus sebaceus, and eccrine angiomatous hamartoma. The lesion has been present since birth. There is no family history of similar lesions.
