Measurement of the ๐น-Meson Lifetime

Abstract
The lifetime of the ๐นยฑ meson has been measured to be (3.5+2.4
โ1.8ยฑ0.9) ร 10โ13 s by means of the ๐นยฑโ๐โข๐ยฑ decay mode. The measurement was made with the High Resolution Spectrometer at the SLAC ๐+โข๐โ storage ring PEP at a center-of-mass energy of 29 GeV.
