Abstract
What Is Known pH‐Impedance monitoring (pH‐MII) is often used to evaluate gastroesophageal reflux disease. Rumination syndrome can be identified by pH‐MII, and diagnostic rumination scores have been proposed in children. What Is New pH‐MII might be a viable alternative for evaluating rumination syndrome in centers without access to esophageal manometry. Further studies are needed to validate pH‐MII rumination scores in children.
