Abstract
Results from a study (n = 1,005) using the School Counselor Self-Efficacy Scale (SCSE) and subsequent psychometric synthesis of 12 SCSE studies were presented. Aggregated total scale α was .96 (subscale αs ranged from .72 to .90). Structural models fitted to the data provided evidence of good fit for both 4- and 5-factor models.
