Abstract
This article is the last in a series on designing, funding, and conducting qualitative research for wound, ostomy, and continence nurses. In particular, these articles have been developed to facilitate nurses applying for funding through one of the WOCN-supported small grant mechanisms. This last article addresses issues that are practical, and come from the collected experiences of a group of qualitative researchers. Because of the experiential nature of this discussion, I have chosen to use the person pronouns of “I” and “you” rather than the tradition third-person singular. The recommendations that follow are organized to parallel the research process.
