Abstract
Tumors arising in the vicinity of the jugular fossa are uncommon. Lesions that may be successfully treated by radiotherapy or stereotactic radiosurgery include temporal bone chemodectomas, acoustic schwannomas, and jugular fossa schwannomas. In this article, we review our treatment techniques and results, and discuss the pertinent literature.
