Staffing a Web-based information system

The University of Iowa Libraries, like many research libraries throughout the country, is developing a web-based information system for delivering information, communicating with clients, facilitating the use of the Internet and other electronic resources, and teaching. This article describes an action-oriented team structure developed to implement the University of Iowa Libraries-Wide Information System.
