Abstract
The Clean Air Act has mandated that car inspection and maintenance programs be established to reduce emissions. A program exists in Oregon that is aimed at reducing carbon monoxide levels in the atmosphere. A statistical analysis of Co levels at five air-monitoring stations in the state is provided.
