Abstract

The authors propose four key strategies for developing and maintaining research capacity in child welfare agencies, using the example of supportive housing-agency partnerships. Drawing on the authors' experience as evaluators on two federally funded supportive housing and child welfare demonstration projects, we contextualize these strategies with examples from process and outcome evaluations of the demonstrations.
