Abstract

A study was conducted to examine T-cell receptor (TCR) usage in melanoma-specific clonal and highly oligoclonal tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) lines. The TCR diversity observed in the melanoma-specific TIL clones suggests that there is no restricted TCR variable gene usage to a single immunodominant epitope.
