Abstract

This white paper advocates for radio and plasma wave measurements in the Very Local Interstellar Medium (VLISM) to provide accurate plasma densities and temperatures as well as remote-sensing evidence of solar transient-induced perturbations The wave observations also provide a measure of dust flux for 0.1 to ~few micron dust grains.
