Abstract
The physics of collisionless dissipation is an essential part of heliospheric plasma systems and advancements in this topic in the next decade are needed to develop a comprehensive understanding of the heliosphere. We report recent advances in the study of collisionless dissipation, identify key outstanding problems, and encourage support for research in theory, modeling and observations.
