Abstract
Examines effects of state laws on housing affordability, based on Florida's experience from 1980 through 1995; concludes that the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (Section 163.3161-3215, Florida Statutes 1985) had a statistically significant effect in decreasing the affordability of single-family homes.
