Abstract

Upon treatment with 5-AZA, the EL4 tumor cells were able to constitutively produce IL 2. This approach allowed the establishment of a number of constitutive IL 2-producing clones and is presented as an easy method for obtaining large amounts of antigen-, lectin-, and PMA-free IL 2.
