Westermann and Annunziato Amendola appeared incorrectly in the above article published in the Journal of Knee Surgery, Volume 27, Number 1, 2014 (DOI: 10.1055/s-0033-1348409). The author names are now correctly listed as Robert W. Westermann and Annunziato Amendola in the above author byline.
