Abstract

Left atrial appendage occlusion is an effective strategy to prevent thromboembolism in patients with atrial fibrillation who are unable to tolerate anticoagulation. Symptomatic pulmonary vein stenosis is a known complication of atrial fibrillation ablation that can be treated with stenting. We present a case that combines these treatments into a single procedure, demonstrating its feasibility, safety, and effectiveness.
