Abstract
Woven EndoBridge device (MicroVention/Terumo) has emerged, in recent years, as a new option for treatment of wide neck cerebral aneurysm. The intrasaccular device deployment might be technically challenging and abrupt changing in orientation, positioning or shape may occur after detachment, especially in aneurysm with acute aneurysm-parent vessel angulation.
Few case reports have been published about bailout techniques, including stent retrieval and microsnare.1-3 Here, we illustrate the operative video of Woven EndoBridge device retrieval from the aneurysm sac of an anterior communicating artery, which generally shows a relatively high rate of rupture.
