sigma 2 Yamabe problem on conic 4-spheres

Abstract
We raise the sigma 2 Yamabe problem for conic 4-manifolds. For conic 4-spheres, we find a necessary condition for the existence of solutions, and discuss the borderline case. This is a non-linear generalization of conic surface theory of Troyanov.
