Abstract
Highlights
•TMS combined with iEEG was used to assess neural responses to stimulation.
•DLPFC stimulation caused decreases in high-frequency activity in the sgACC.
•High-frequency activity was anticorrelated between the sgACC and DLPFC.•Stimulation increased theta phase coupling between the two regions.
