Abstract
Abstract Our objective was to evaluate clinical effectiveness and utilization associated with telehealth for clinical management of mental health and SUD and to identify emerging patterns for underrepresented groups stratified by race/ethnicity, gender, age, rural status, insurance, sexual minorities, and social vulnerability that would suggest health inequities. We aimed to understand whether telehealth influenced differences in utilization and outcomes across vulnerable groups during the pandemic.
