This report investigates the feasibility of creating a fund,managed by IDED, that utilizes revenue generated by the carbon market to finance sustainable community development projects. To complete this study we divided the project into three parts. Part I consists of a review of research and case study analysis. Part II focuses on alternative development, selection criteria and framework recommendations. Part III discusses both the implementation of the recommended alternative and predicted revenue projections.
