The Oak Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Plan examines the Oak Hill neighborhood study area as defined by the City of Cedar Rapids Department of Development. This revitalization plan suggests recommendations to address several problems in the study area including: the deteriorating conditions of neighborhood homes, the increase in the number of vacant lots and underutilized land, a lack of safe and convenient pedestrian paths, insufficient connectivity with surrounding neighborhoods, and a need for additional social services.
