This report investigates whether additional housing in downtown Moline is a viable investment. Our client, Moline Centre Partners (MCP) identified a study area of approximately 22 blocks within Moline's downtown core. Our report focuses on this study area and answers the research questions: 1. Is there a market for downtown housing in Moline? 2. If so, who would make up this market? 3. What types of housing would ensure viability? 4. What incentives could promote downtown residential development?
