- This site was adapted from the website Hard Won, Not Done: A Salute to Women Politicians, which featured interviews from an oral history project developed by Jean Lloyd-Jones and other members of the 50-50 in 2020 organization as part of celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment in 2020. The site’s rebranding and reconfiguration is intended to broaden the project’s scope and facilitate its ongoing stewardship by the University of Iowa Libraries, and was funded by a generous endowment by Jean Lloyd-Jones and her granddaughter Michal Eynon-Lynch.
