Abstract
BrAIST-Calc is an online aid for patients with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis who want to estimate their personal risk of scoliosis surgery with and without bracing treatment. BrAIST-Calc takes information about patients and their spines and combines it with statistical information from the BrAIST research study. Then BrAIST-Calc calculates a personalized estimate of the chance patients spinal curve will worsen with bracing or without bracing.
